I first used Ace Inspections to inspect my home in Niceville, FL in 2010. The owner of Ace Inspection was the one who completed the inspection. He arrived on time and performed a thorough inspection, including entering the attic to obtain the pictures of the “clips” that secure the trusses to the walls. Due to the Wind Mitigation portion of the inspection I was able to save considerably on the cost of my Florida Homeowner’s Insurance.

Due to the professionalism demonstrated by Ace Inspections I insisted on using them to perform a pre-purchase home inspection on a home that I am now in the process of buying.
